Q : What's the MOQ for a customized order?
A : Our MOQ for custom orders start at 15pcs, please contact us for more info.
Q : Could we make our own customiz packaging?
A : The MOQ for customized packacking would need at least 500pcs. For order quantities over 100pcs, you can engrave the Hoverpen base on every set.
Q : How to place an order?

Q : How long it would take to fulfill my order?
A : It would depend on our stock status. In general, it would be around 4 weeks to prepare your order.
PAYMENT
Q : What kind of payment methods are available?
A : We accept credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. Please note, payment must be received before shipment of the order.
Q : Do you charge sales tax on bulk orders?
A : No, you will need to cover any potential import taxes from Customs.
